The large amount of green vines now beginning to wrap around David made him back up, this being the fatal mistake. One of the vines had stabbed right into his arm, injecting the poison into his body. Since he now knew the poison was inside of him, he didn't care how much he got cut up now.
David began to rip the vines away, causing more cuts to come onto his body. Despite the trail of blood following him now, he managed to escape the vines and scramble out of the garden patch. Panting, he looked back to see the vines now retreating into the ground. His clothing was saturated in blood now, making David even more timid.
"Glad that's over." He said.
He knew that he should go and get medical attention but he was far too exhausted to even move. Sitting on the ground, David took a moment to rest. He felt strange suddenly, as if the poison inside of him had just detonated. Looking at one of his cuts, he was suddenly jaw dropped on what he saw.
All of the cuts had totally healed on

"By Azura, I hope it's here!" said Martin, the 14 game geek, rephrasing the lines from Oblivion. What was Martin so excited about today? Was it his annual Minesweeper update package to reduce the fault of clicking on a mine by one? Or it might be the ultimate new mod controller for the Xbox 360. It might also be his one of a kind, Charizard mask! Martin, like his recent friend who mysteriously disappeared, William, Martin has always been a fan of Pokémon for a very long time. More than he can even remember so perfectly. Reason being for the Pokémon mask he had just purchased for the more expensive price of $500, was made by a company called Life Change.
Life Change, or LC for short, was a company that made products that are supposed to "Change people's life forever." They specialized in almost everything. Any mythical creature, Pokémon, animals, you name it. But alas, LC has been going through hard times now. Almost all of their products never work with any

The sun beams of the morning twilight cut through the clear glass window, hitting Tony right in the eye. Opening his eyes, he yawned at the premature start of the day. He threw his covers to the side of his bed, stretching every limb in his body before swinging his legs over the side of his bed and onto the warm carpet.
Yawning once more, he reached out for a nearby chair and swiped a bath towel and a fresh pair of clothing hanging on it. Tony wobbled over to the door and twisted the knob on it as he proceeded into the hallway. He took a sharp left into the bathroom in which he took some time to clean himself.
After about half an hour, Tony walked out of the bathroom to begin his day. He quickly made his way down the staircase and into the main room of his house. Looking outside a nearby window, he saw that the sun had rose higher in the sky.
"Might as well check for some mail." He said, heading towards the front door.
As he opened it, the sudden gentle feeling of the cool

There they were, Quinn and Alex, nearly passed out in the living room of Quinn's house from playing video games and drinking can after can of pop the previous night. It was as if they were zombies at this point, not even knowing of their surroundings besides the TV screen in front of them. Alex was the normal one, he can sometimes be shy but comes out every so often. Quinn was the annoying one when it came to things, but he knows what he is doing. "Dude, I am so bored right now." Quinn sighed, lazily reaching out for a pop and taking a gulp out of it. "Me too, mate. Didn't you say Tony was coming over soon?" Alex said, yawning afterwards. "Yeah, I called him earlier." Quinn said, fiddling around with the game controller. A moment of silence settled int between the two, for they were too glued into the video game they were playi

"BEEP, BEEP, BEEP" The alarm clock suddenly blared out at the red digital numbers on it read 9:30AM. Tony slowly opened his eyes and saw the blurry outline of the alarm clock. He moaned as he slightly shifted his position in the bed. Slowly, his arm felt like it was 500 pounds as he reached it out towards the alarm clock. Finally, he flipped the switch on it to off, cutting the beeping off and creating silence once again. Tony sighed as he blankly looked up at the beige ceiling of his room. He breathed lightly, being able to hear the cars and other sounds of the city outside of his sky rise apartment. Sighing, he knew that once he was awakened, it wouldn't be easy to reverse it.
Grunting, Tony threw the covers that laid upon him to the side. He felt the cool air instantly hit his skin as he let out a slight shiver. Tony wanted to just stay in bed the whole day considering he didn't have anything to do, but, he didn't want to lay around all day either. Mustering the

Victor came back into the room with the cup of medicine. His eyes looked down at the couch, seeing that Typhlosion was now laying down on it facing towards the vertical part of the couch. Victor was becoming more and more worried by the second; he had never seen his Pokémon in this condition before. Whatever sickness that came over him was certainly not natural. The pale fur, the blood red eyes. But, Victor knew in his mind that he'd do whatever it takes to make his friend healthy again.
"Here, I got some medicine from the store. The man said that it'd help you." Victor said, standing in front of the couch.
"Bakuuunn " Typhlosion replied in vain.
"Oh, come on. It's strawberry flavor. I know how much you like strawberries, too." Victor placed the cup of medicine on the table in front of the couch.
Slowly, the Pokémon rolled over and faced his trainer. Victor noticed that the Pokémon's breathing became much heavier and some sweat was form

Ryan anxiously looked up at the clock above the door in the classroom. The red hand slowly made its way around the clock ticking at every black line on the edge of the clock. 9th hour always went by slowly for Ryan, especially when his mind is caught up on something totally unrelated to the lesson in progress. He sighed as the teacher blabbered on about Pearl Harbor; information that Ryan already knew.
Ryan was a bit of the anti social type. He didn't have a whole lot of friends and the very few he did have were never around to see him. Ryan was also a big gamer, mainly focused on Pokémon. Ryan owned many Pokémon games and other merchandise such as figurines and posters. The series had always been a major part of his life, considering he got into Pokémon when he was about four.
"Ryan! Are you focusing?" The teacher suddenly, catching Ryan off guard.
Snapping back into reality, Ryan quickly looked up at the teacher starring directly at him, as well as t

Once again, the household regained its silence for a few moments, the only noise being emitted from the television running. Nobody was even in the room to watch the television, as if someone had left it on purpose. However, this was false. A tall teenage boy walked into the room wearing a green and black lined shirt and a pair of rugged blue jeans. This was Quinn.
Quinn was a bit of an odd ball when it came to the situations needed but most of the time beyond it, he was relatively normal. He had his hobbies just like most people on the planet. Music, writing, and some other minor ones that he liked to do. Quinn stepped over a basket of clothing and plopped down onto the sofa in front of the television. Reaching out for the remote, he began to surf through the channels.
"Hey Ryan, get in here." Quinn shouted out to the house.
The sound of clunky footsteps followed Quinn's calling, the footsteps approaching the living ro

"It's simple! Just name three Pokémon of your choice and then we'll use our special computers to formulate a temporary DNA altering substance that we will inject into you. Once it's injected, the substance will do its work upon your body and turn you into a fusion of those three Pokémon. You'll gain all of their powers and be able to use them." The woman said, smiling.
"Hmm, how long does it last?" Ryan asked.
"Exactly one week. Other trainers won't be able to catch you, so don't worry about that. It's an amazing experience! So, would you like to try it?"
"Ah, sure. Might as well considering I don't have anything interesting to do for about a week." Ryan said.
"Perfect! Now, I'd like you to step into the room right there. Then, you'll be asked which Pokémon you want to become, and I'll make the injection. This shouldn't take long at all."
"Alright then." Ryan said.
Sitting up from the chair, Ryan saw that the woman opened the door to the room f
Her CatalystAs she walks through the maelstrom, the words trace upon the tips of her fingers and press into the stone. Every brick, every crack in the concrete, every crossed and angular stroke in reds and blacks and oranges. The drips of the gasoline pool around the base of her boots, slosh as she steps over the burst pipes and the rubble.
So much rubble. So little outcry. The silence of the city grates on her eardrums and the mantras she'd been forced to memorize. The Seers demanded they observe thirteen years of recitation before they attempt to weave their first World together.
But who other than the Seers can claim the incantations that knot the skeins they twist and pull on like reins hold fast? When have any of the Sisters recorded the visions they traced upon space-time and recited them, left them open for critique and discussion and debate?
Which is why she walks through the chalky soot of the smashed city around her. This all
